Every machine on this page carries Windows 11 in its own manufacturer specification. That sounds like a low bar until you shop at this price, where the cheapest results are almost always Chromebooks running ChromeOS — a different operating system that cannot install Windows desktop software at all.
What the constraint actually rules out

S Mode is the catch nobody mentions
Two of these ship as Windows 11 in S Mode: the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 and the HP 14. S Mode restricts installation to apps from the Microsoft Store. Switching out is free, takes a couple of minutes, and is permanent — you cannot switch back. It is not a defect and it is not a reason to avoid those two machines, but you should know it is there before you try to install something on day one. The two Acer machines ship as Windows 11 Home, which has no such restriction.
What you are trading away at each step
The Lenovo IdeaPad 1 pairs a Celeron N4020 with 4GB of memory and 64GB of storage. That is enough for a browser, documents and streaming, and it is honest to say it is not enough for much more — 64GB fills quickly once Windows updates itself. The HP 14 moves to a Core i3-1215U with 8GB and a 256GB SSD, which is the first configuration here that will not feel cramped. The Acer Aspire 3 brings a Ryzen 3 7320U, 8GB and a 15.6-inch full-HD screen, a real step up from the 1366x768 panels below it. The Acer Aspire 5 is the only one with a Core i5 and 16GB.
